The Okanagan's property crew.
Junk hauled, pads poured, turf rolled, fences and decks built, siding fixed. And the handyman your strata council actually gets on the phone. Every price is on this page.

Garage clean-outs, old hot tubs, reno debris, the shed that's been leaning since 2019. We load it, haul it, and sweep up.

Hot tub pads, shed bases, A/C pads, short walkways and steps. The jobs the big concrete crews turn down, done properly.

Storm-cracked panels, woodpecker holes, rot at the trim, a faded side that needs matching. Repairs and partial re-sides.

Backyards, dog runs, boulevards and putting greens, on a compacted crusher-dust base that drains in Okanagan storms.

Cedar and composite fences, new decks and deck repairs. A written payment schedule tied to finished stages, so your money is never ahead of the work.

Become a 151 partner building. Your monthly retainer is credited toward every job you book, you jump to the front of the line, and every job gets a firm quote before we start.
Councils change every year. The handyman shouldn't. One flat retainer makes your building a 151 partner.
Your retainer builds up to $6,000 of work credit a year, applied to any job you book. Credit runs for the agreement year and doesn't carry over.
Partner buildings get top priority, ahead of every other booking.
No surprises on the invoice. You approve the price, then we do the work.
Reduced rates for partner buildings, with our WorkSafeBC and liability certificate naming your strata.
Example entries. Your building gets its own log.

★★★★★“If he says he’ll be there at 8 a.m. on a Saturday, he’s there at 8 a.m. on a Saturday. When he gives you a price, the price never changes. A ton of integrity. I’ve been referring him to all of my peers in real estate.”

Projects marked “Real 151 job” are Reagan’s own work. The rest are examples until more real jobs are added.

“As a real estate agent who’s owned 12 homes, I’ve worked with a lot of trades. What’s refreshing about Reagan is that if he says he’ll be there at 8 a.m. on a Saturday, he’s there at 8 a.m. on a Saturday. When he gives you a price, the price never changes. He’s installed 300 feet of fence and a matching custom gate on my property, installed and repaired my turf, built my outdoor kitchen, handled junk removal, framed walls, put up custom wall panels, and knocked out walls to open up my kitchen. He genuinely cares about the job and isn’t trying to make his yearly wage off you. A ton of integrity. I couldn’t recommend him enough, and I’ve been referring him to all of my peers in the real estate industry.”

Most trades in Kelowna make you call before they'll name a number. Here are ours, set about 10% under Kelowna's published rates. Your written quote starts here.
Pick the job, tell us the size, add a photo if you have one. You see a range right away, and Reagan confirms it.
151 Property Solutions is Reagan's company. He answers the phone, he writes the quotes, and he's on the job.
He started it for a simple reason: too many Okanagan homeowners and strata councils were getting vague quotes, slow callbacks and surprise invoices. So the rules at 151 are plain. Prices are published. Quotes are in writing. Deposits follow the work. And when a job's done, you get photos to prove it.

It depends on how much of the trailer your load fills. A single item is $129, a half trailer $219 and a full trailer $355, with dump fees and clean-up included. Heavy materials like drywall or concrete cost more to dump, and we tell you that before we load.
Yes. Small pads, A/C pads, short walkways and steps are exactly the work we focus on. A typical pad is formed, poured and finished in a day.
Installed turf in the Kelowna market usually runs $11–22 per square foot. Ours runs $9.90–$19.80, depending on the turf product, the size of the area, and how much excavation the base needs.
Your written quote lists exactly what you pay up front and what that deposit covers, usually materials. Later payments are tied to finished stages of the job, so you never pay ahead of the work.
Yes. Strata buildings become 151 partners for $500 a month. That builds up to $6,000 of work credit a year, applied to any work you book. Credit is used within the agreement year and doesn't carry over. Partner buildings get top priority, and every job comes with a firm quote before we start, at reduced partner rates.
